We are a family business based in Frome, Somerset.

We repair mobile phones and tablets.

If the device cannot be fixed while you wait,

you can either drop it off or post it to us.

WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on every repair.

Standard warranties do not cover accidental damage to electronic devices.

This includes widespread problems such as cracked screens and liquid damage.

If the error is the manufacturer's fault, such as a software failure or a faulty part, you can get your device repaired for free.

In accordance with UK law, we reserve the right to refuse a repair if we believe the warranty has been voided (the company sticker has been broken).

We do not accept the warranty if the item has been tampered with e.g. by a third party.

UNCOLLECTED GOODS

Please note that uncollected devices will be recycled after 60 days from the date they were ready for collection, in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1952 guidelines. We value your business and encourage timely pick-ups to ensure the best service for all our customers. Thank you for your cooperation.

We opened MJ Communications in 2016. Initially, we were a call-out service provider, covering Somerset and Wiltshire. The number of customers increased quickly due to many positive reviews and recommendations. Eventually, we started working from home to be able to accommodate all our customers.
